Team credentials include a PhD in Management Information Systems, PgMP and PMP program management certifications, TOGAF enterprise architecture, ITIL, and multiple SAP certifications.

Our mobility team has worked inside the operations that keep people and goods moving: regional rail and bus agencies, fleet and parts supply chains, and the ERP platforms that run finance, assets and workforce. We understand how a system change ripples into maintenance yards, procurement and service schedules, and we plan transitions around service that cannot stop.

We pair that operational knowledge with SAP supply-chain and EHS expertise to help automakers, suppliers and transit agencies re-source under tariff pressure, manage battery and hazardous-materials compliance, and apply AI to predictive maintenance and demand planning where the payback is clearest.

Our finance practitioners have designed record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes on SAP for some of the largest operations in retail and technology, including a monthly close cut from eight days to four and rebate programs processing more than $300 million. We have also served as solution architects on large statewide financial systems and on pension and investment programs, where controls and transparency are non-negotiable.

That combination lets us speak the language of the controller and the auditor as fluently as that of the system integrator. We bring the same discipline to AI: automated reconciliations, anomaly detection and forecasting that finance leaders can explain, trace and defend.

Our EHS leadership spent a decade inside a global energy company running SAP EH&S across its operations: incident management, industrial hygiene, occupational health and environmental compliance. We have lived with the realities of field data, shift work and regulatory reporting deadlines, not just designed for them.

Today that experience helps operators connect emissions monitoring, process safety and maintenance data, prepare for tighter methane rules, and capture the knowledge of a retiring workforce in AI assistants grounded in their own procedures and lessons learned.

Our supply-chain architects have delivered high-volume SAP solutions where scale is unforgiving: order-to-cash supporting more than $80 billion in order volume, more than 150 reusable integrations across SAP CPI, MuleSoft and Kafka, and migrations of more than 40 million records at 99.9 percent accuracy. Recent work includes supply-chain architecture for a global consumer brand.

We help manufacturers and retailers modernize order management, warehousing and transportation on S/4HANA, manage PFAS and restricted-substance data across suppliers, and use AI for demand sensing, exception handling and tariff scenario planning.

Our healthcare team brings hands-on experience with Epic, Continuum and Facets environments, and with the integrations that connect clinical, claims and enterprise systems. We have supported state health and human services programs with MITA-aligned planning, and we design every solution with HIPAA privacy and security requirements built in.

We help providers and payers meet interoperability and prior-authorization requirements, strengthen cybersecurity, and build the governed data foundations that make AI for documentation, prior authorization and denial management trustworthy enough to use.

Our team’s client and project experience includes AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Merck. We know the problems life sciences faces: hazardous substances, safety data sheets, dangerous-goods classification, industrial hygiene and audit-ready compliance data. That pharmaceutical experience is reinforced by the SAP EHS and product-safety programs we have led in semiconductor, energy and manufacturing.

We work alongside your quality and validation teams to keep systems compliant, connect EHS with supply-chain and quality data on S/4HANA, and introduce AI for SDS authoring support and regulatory monitoring in ways that respect GxP and data-integrity expectations.

This is our home ground. Our team includes an EHS solution lead and enterprise architects who have worked inside leading semiconductor and clean-energy manufacturers, leading SAP EHS and compliance programs that track thousands of chemicals across fabs, labs and assembly sites.

Our public-sector team has served state and regional agencies across finance, pensions and investments, agriculture and transportation, including solution architecture for a large statewide financial system and a $25 million system modernization roadmap.
